I tried placing a small test order, the whole thing felt more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly, the form wasn’t very clear, and at one point I couldn’t even tell if my payment had actually gone through. Maybe I’m just used to cleaner checkout pages, but I felt like I had to double-check every step myself. For something that should’ve been quick and simple, it ended up feeling clunky. Not the best first impression for me

I used them for parentage verification, i’m probably extra picky about this kind of thing because it’s already stressful and personal. But the whole process felt way more frustrating than it should have been. It took longer than what I was originally told, I barely got updates, and when I reached out with questions, the responses felt generic, like someone had just copied and pasted them. In the end, I got the results but still didn’t feel like I fully understood what they meant. Personally, I wouldn’t use them again

They made it seem like canceling would be simple and that refunds were handled fairly, but that was not my experience at all. Once I actually tried to cancel, it turned into a hassle, and the refund process felt unfair. Definitely not what I was promised upfront.

I ordered a genetic test for my dog and the results said one thing, but later on my vet ran another test and it showed the complete opposite. I get that mistakes can happen, but it made me feel like I just threw my money away.

I reached out to them about it and didnt really get anything helpful back. It felt like they just brushed me off, and now I cant trust the accuracy, so I wont be using them again.

I used Animal Genetics for bird sexing and, umm, the result ended up being wrong for my bird. I followed the sample instructions as carefully as I could, so it was frustrating when later checks showed the opposite sex.

Maybe it was just a one-off mistake, but it definitely made me lose trust in the service. For something this important, I expected it to be more reliable, and I don’t think I’d use them again for bird sexing.
